Shipping Policy

At Gay Wardle Skin Institute, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your orders. Please find below our shipping policy:

 

Order Processing - Digital Orders

Digital orders (e-books, templates, courses, and lectures) are processed and fulfilled automatically within one (1) hour of placing the order. You will receive a download link or login information to your email address.

 

Order Processing - Physical Orders

We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday AEST. 

The following part of our Shipping Policy is applicable to physical orders only.

 

Expected Shipping Times

Our express service delivery timeframes are based on the location of our HQ in Southport, Queensland. For metro cities across Australia, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days, with the exception of Adelaide and Perth, which may take 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia generally require 3-7 business days for delivery.

Domestic Orders

For all orders within Australia, we use Express Post with Australia Post for shipping. The following shipping estimations are based on metro areas:

Orders over $150: 1-3 business days (FREE)
Orders under $150: 1-3 business days ($15)

 

International Orders

We ship internationally using Australia Post. The following shipping estimations are based on metro areas:

New Zealand (NZ): 5-8 business days ($20)
United States (USA): 7-10 business days ($20)
United Kingdom (UK): 6-13 business days ($20)
Asia: 15-20 business days ($20)
Other countries: 15-20 business days ($20)

Dispatching Your Order

We entrust Australia Post with the responsibility of delivering your orders. Once your parcel enters the delivery network, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you cannot find the email from the shipping couriers, please remember to check your junk mail folder or contact us at support@gwsi.com.au.

Responsibility and Damage

After leaving our location, your order is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control. The expected shipping times provided are estimations given to us by the shipping companies and may vary depending on the destination.

Rest assured, each order is carefully packed by our dedicated team. However, please note that  Gay Wardle Skin Institute cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

 

Stolen Parcels

Please ensure that you provide a secure and safe shipping address. Gay Wardle Skin Institute cannot be held responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once they have been delivered to the nominated address.

International Customs & Taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any local customs and tax charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office before receiving your order.

Please note that Gay Wardle Skin Institute will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs and tax charges. If the fees are not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
