Our refund policy is 14 days.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your purchased item(s) must be unused.

For online courses and lectures, this means that they have not been accessed/started before you request a refund.
Downloadable products (i.e., e-books, templates) are non-returnable due to their digital nature.
Any physical products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at studentservices@gwsi.com.au within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Provide us with your order details, including the order number and the reason for your refund request.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
